South Park, Billings, today (Thursday, September 8) from 4-6pm I’ll have my usual fare. Pumpkins are happening! Thus, on the wheat free side there is a lower glycemic pumpkin bread, zucchini cakes with chocolate frosting, and coconut cookies (lower glycemic). On the wheat side apart from the usual I have pumpkin joshpockets that are sweet and savory creole pumpkin-corn-chile joshpockets. No blackberry lavender pies though today. I’ll plug the local produce used when I can remember their names, local corn and pumpkins, plus chiles from King Farms again. Nice rainy day, see you there!
