Little places...

I did a takeout day (actually doing a series of 3 total) featuring the foods of four little countries with big taste, done vegan of course, can you guess which just from the photos? Of course, pictures don't do it justice.
Perhaps a recipe from each group over the next 2 weeks will be forthcoming, then again perhaps not.
