-Pearl Barley with Sauteed Mushrooms and Chard, Green Onion, Roasted Red Peppers, Roasted Eggplant and Basil (try this thing if you go in there, I thought it was quite good and am considering it as a regular pickup item in the future)
-Potatoes with Capers, Sliced Onions and Sharp Parsley Vinaigrette (this is tasty, german-style)
-Sauteed Broccoli, Cauliflower, Red Bell Pepper and Tofu Cubes-Creamy Pasta Shells with Peas, Carrots, Vegeroni, Green Olives, Peppers and Tomatoes
- both the Large "Beef" Empanadas and the Spinach-Almond-Kalamata Olive Pockets are there (they are always there)
- Veggie-Stuffed Pesto Manicotti
and the Vegan Lasagna reappears on Thursday.
