Southside Gardeners’ Market again today, 4-6 pm in South Park, Billings. I will be there with the vegan morsels as always! I have my usual fare plus sweet potato biscuits and rye rolls with caraway, and pepper jelly rolls are back on the wheat side. Also pumpkin joshpockets both savory and sweet. I have blackberry lavender mini pie back this week, too. On the wheat free side I have a very exciting bierkaas brood with pumpkin seed top. Looks great, and it has neither beer nor cheese, nor wheat for that matter. Perhaps I should call it “nothing bread”😀 Anyway, also a lower glycemic fruit tart using stevia and those appealing looking cornbread and coconut muffins with the tortilla crumb top. All of my stuff is cheap at this market (like $2 and $4), and most of the other vendors are a bargain as well. I’m using a lot of produce from local farms like King, Blue Leaf, Speedy, and Ostwalt among others these days, so come on by! We also have tasty Dalabou coffee beans as well of course!
