Minneapolis event this Friday!

 Friday at the Future in Minneapolis…2223 E. 35th St. It’s a pickup/takeout and there’s no advanced ordering but come by and see what I’ve got!

It’s been four years since touring vegan chef Joshua Ploeg has visited and done an event In Minneapolis! Come by the Future on Friday, February 16th between 2-6pm and buy some vegan takeout items, and other stuff! The food is packed up to be taken home and heated up.

*soto ayam- lemongrass chikun and rice noodle soup with vegetable, sides of crispy potato strings and sambal $10 gf
*Nasi goreng- fried curry rice with tempeh and vegetables, topped with herbs, crispy onions, cucumber, peanuts & more, two side sauces $10 gf
*spicy rice crepe w/channa masala, coconut kreem cheez, slaw, toasted coconut, crispy garlic mushroom, herbs, Sambal & chutney $12
