White Bean and Greens Stew

Here’s a favorite, let’s make it easy.
Get 2 C. Cooked great northern or cannellini beans
going in a pot with 6 C. of broth and a diced carrot.
Add a little minced sage and rosemary.
In a large skillet sauté a diced onion, 2 minced garlic
in 2 Tbsp. oil and add a little salt and pepper for 2-3
minutes. Add in 1 C. chopped smoky tempeh or veggie
ham and stir. Add 3-4 C. chopped kale and a dash of
red chili flakes and let the greens wilt.
Add to the pot with beans, salt to taste and cook for
20 minutes. Add 1/4 C. chopped Italian parsley toward
the end.
If it’s annoying to read thru that and find the ingredients
too bad! Lol just kidding;
2 cups cooked white beans
1 diced carrot
couple teaspoons minced herbs such as rosemary
6 cups broth
salt to taste
1 diced onion, or make it two!
2 minced garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons oil
black pepper to taste
1 cup chopped smoky tempeh or vegan ham
4 cups chopped kale (yes you can mix with or use other greens instead)
Some red chile flakes
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
