At Pangaea this week, spring tour back east
-Spicy Gumbo with veg. "chikn", tofu, okra, tomatoes, roasted hominy, peppers, onions and garlic
-Seasoned Cajun Rice to have by itself or with the stew
-Cashew, Pistachio and Celery Salad with Chopped Apples as well, another Waldorf variation
- Spicy Carrot Coleslaw with Pumpkin Seeds and Jalapenos
-Little Roasted Veggie Quiches decorated with herbs, those should be good
-Pasta Salad is Penne with Lemon Dressing (from our tree!), Zucchini, Cauliflower, Beans, Onions, Garlic, Herbs and Carrots
the Spinach-Almond and the Spicy Veg. "Beef" Pockets as always

also I will be there from 11 to 2 or so this Thursday, makingspecials like the Seasoned Nut and Lentil Bundt "Loaf" with Spicy Tamarind Sauce and Rhubarb Salsa: Soup of Greens, Corn, Slivered Almonds and Mixed Potatoes in mushroom broth; Baked Zucchini stuffed with pine nuts, creamy garlic filling, red onions and herbs with red pepper sauce, and more!
also, Microcosm is doing a multi media trip out east again with me along for some cooking and chatting, April 13th thru May 9th check the link for details!
