I have vegan/vegetarian food at Pangaea Cafe all the time now- various salads, soups, pockets, dips as well as their sandwiches and whatnot-
nice little place, cool owner

open til 8PM, closed mondayz
Also I do Calzones for Pieces, sometimes they are sold out but usually they are there on weekends also plan on having some brownies there as well
